Strategic management of participant recruitment:Overseeing Preston Labs use of participant databases shared across research labs. Assessing labenrollment needs and strategically reserving records of eligible child and adult volunteers tocontact with study opportunities.Rigorously logging all database activity in adherence with established protocols to maintaincomprehensive records of participant recruitment and ensure seamless collaboration acrossresearch labs.Employing tracking mechanisms to monitor and report enrollment metrics and demographicstatistics for diverse behavioral and neuroimaging studies.Professional communication and coordination:Corresponding with adult participants and parents of child participants through phone andemail to coordinate in-person visits.Conducting phone screenings to ensure MRI safety and eligibility before neuroimaging researchsessions.Promotional material development and dissemination:Creating and distributing engaging promotional materials, both in print and through socialmedia channels.Expanding developmental and adult recruitment pools through effective advertising strategies.Facilitation of collaboration with external partners:Serving as a liaison to the Childrens Research Center (CRC) at UT Austin, a group of 11individual labs currently conducting research on infant and child development.Coordinating lab member participation in CRC community outreach events to enhance exposureand participation.
