This role offers exposure to the behind-the-scenes coordination required to deliver seamless and impactful events.Learning ObjectivesGain practical experiences in event logistics and venue operations.Develop teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.Understand the behind-the-scenes coordination required for professional events.ResponsibilitiesEvent SetupArrange tables, chairs, staging, pipe and drape, signage, and decor according to event layouts.Assist with AV equipment placement under supervision.Ensure all materials are clean, functional, and safely positioned.Event StrikeDisassemble and store furniture, equipment, and decor post-event.Return items to designated storage areas in an organized manner.Assist with venue reset for next scheduled activity.Team SupportCollaborate with full-time operations staff and other interns to meet setup timelines.Follow instructions and safety protocols during high-traffic or high-pressure moments.Provide courteous assistance to clients, vendors, and guests when appropriate.
