Direct and oversee the Procurement team, providing leadership and direction for all related activities. Manage work assignments to ensure timeliness and the highest level of service and productivity. Ensure that work is accomplished using processes and procedures that comply with all University, State and Federal policies and procedures. Work closely with all the necessary functional organizations to ensure that activities across all areas are coordinated and optimizedSupport engineering and operations to ensure the necessary equipment, materials, and service contracts are executed and maintained in a timely fashion to meet TIEs business needs.Proactively support the operation and engineering teams in establishing and managing supply chain interactions, inventory levels, and expediting requirements.Manage and track active contracts and purchase orders on an ongoing basis, monitoring compliance with contract requirements, contract expenditures, and contract renewal. Responsible for managing renewals, amendments, change orders, and closeout documentation as necessary.Provide expert guidance and consultation to all areas including internal and external constituents regarding procurement, opportunities, and budget planning.Manage transportation logistics of varying degrees of complexity related to equipment purchases.Develop and maintain procurement reports and performance metrics to provide regular updates to TIE leadership, supporting strategic decision-making and operational transparency.Other related functions as assigned.
