Provides excellent enrollment support to current and former OnRamps students as well as assisting university employees and faculty and OnRamps students and instructors with a wide variety of questions and problems about technology systems supported by the OnRamps program.Resolves student inquiries and year-to-year student requests, maintains accurate and complete records within the customer support platform and student information system.Monitors reported problems to identify trends and recommend solutions. Contributes to internal and external resources to enhance OnRamps customer support knowledge base and customer experience. Contributes to the maintenance and improvement of OnRamps support processes.Updates and maintains accurate student records within the OnRamps student information system. Complies with relevant program, state, and federal regulations related to protection of student records.Contributes to special projects and initiatives as assigned.
