Job Description: The JOLT Program Management Office & Operations Product Development team drives technology, business processes, and strategic innovation supporting Applied Materials Global Operations. The rapid growth in semiconductor markets across the world presents unprecedented challenges and opportunities in manufacturing, supply chain and logistics. In this role, you will support programs that serve as key enablers for Global Operations. We need individuals who are thoughtful, eager to learn, and ready to change how an entire industry approaches solving problems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strategies and business processes to implement key operations programs across various organizations within Global Operations including Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics
Develop detailed business requirements including value metrics, success criteria, timeline, and go-to-market strategies
Lead cross‑functional execution of complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives, driving alignment across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and Product teams to deliver programs on time
Translate complex operational data, risk signals, and business needs into actionable insights to support prioritization, executive decision‑making, and continuous improvement of Global Operations programs
Communicate program health and performance to executive stakeholders including progress to plan/commit, key risks/gaps, and help needed; drive alignment, influence, and negotiation across organizations to address priority gaps and unblock execution
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Greater than 5 years direct experience in operations, supply chain, or quality, preferably having supplier or customer interactions
Previous experience in executing supply chain quality improvement or risk reduction projects is a major plus
Familiarity with LEAN concepts, Six Sigma, and statistical methods; ability to extract and analyze data is a plus
Familiarity with semiconductor equipment hardware and/or manufacturing process is preferred
Experience implementing new workflows into existing business processes, or design and implementation of change management
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
Strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to influence and communicate effectively within a diverse community (sales, finance, marketing, strategy, management)
Self-motivated individual who can drive progress towards broad objectives without close supervision

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
