Lead a team of counselors responsible for responding to mental health crises among UT students, faculty, and staff by providing assessment, intervention, triage, case management, and referrals. Conduct clinical assessments on-site as needed, support individuals through hospitalizations or legal processes, and offer educational resources.Act as a liaison with university departments such as University of Texas Police Department (UTPD), Student Outreach and Support Services (SOS), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Title IX, Residence Life, and others.Reviews client record to determine the progress, effectiveness, and appropriateness of treatment services offered. Maintains current, accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal law, professional ethics, and Counseling and Mental Health Center, CMHC, policies. Coordinates referrals between CMHC and university or community service providers. Provide outreach to reduce stigma, participate in relevant meetings and multidisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with laws and policies.Manage and asses M-HART program.Develop, maintain, and review policies and procedures and other written materials to reflect current practice.Identify and define system issues while developing and implementing effective solutions.Analyze data and provide insights into that data for clinical operations/decision making.Assess and evaluate program effectiveness.Other required activitiesAttend and participate in departmental and division meetings and staff development programs as assigned.Participate in multidisciplinary clinical and administrative teams and maintain liaison relationships with university departments and organizations.Comply with all CMHC and UT policies, procedures, and guidelines.The ability to be on-call in rotation with others to support the campus 24/7.Provide clinical training and supervision to social work and psychology interns, as well as pre-doctoral psychology practicum students.
