Work involves reviewing complaint referrals and conducting formal audits of system participants for compliance with the Texas Labor Code and Texas Administrative Code. May be cross-trained for multiple functions within the section. Works under moderate supervision with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.This position:and#8226;Investigates complaint referrals for compliance, documents findings, and recommends enforcement actions.and#8226;Conducts compliance audits of Texas workersand#8217; compensation system participants.and#8226;Provides customer service and answers technical questions for system participants related to complaints or compliance audits.and#8226;Assists with special projectsand#8226;Performs other duties as assigned.
