See details about what we do.This position is a member of our Project Management Section of the Air Grants Division.HEREand#8217;S WHAT YOUand#8217;LL BE DOINGParticipate in administering contracts for the Texas Emissions Reduction Plan (TERP) grants programs, including the drafting of amendments, minor change documents, and associated correspondence. Verify the eligibility of purchases under TERP grant contracts. Oversee the amendment approval and execution process. Ensure completion in a timely, professional, and accurate manner in accordance with agency policies and procedures. Maintain grant contract files to include contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, and other documents in accordance with agency procedures. Answer question or finds information related to contract terms and conditions for agency staff, grantees, and/or vendors. Reconciles database information with contract and fiscal files. Qualifications: KEY QUALIFICATIONSExperience with contract or grant administration. Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM).REQUIRED EDUCATION EXPERIENCEGraduation from an accredited four-year college or university plus one year of full-time experience in contracting or purchasing.ORFive years of full-time experience in contracting or purchasing.Note: Must obtain the Texas Contract Manager Certification (CTCM) within twelve (12) months of hire date.TRANSCRIPT/ COLLEGE HOURS or COURSE WORK:See instructionson how to attach documents.
