Windows Desktop Support: provide technical assistance (software, hardware, and authentication issues) to users of Windows computer systems.Windows Deployment: Install, configure, deploy, and update Windows systems for users, departments, and VM farms while adhering to required security configurations.Configuration Management: routine hardware and software audits and system maintenance logs.Peripheral Support: Configure, deploy, repair, and scuttle various system peripherals such as printers, copiers, UI devices, and conference room equipment.Administer various system services within the Windows AD infrastructureRecords and Reporting: provide records of work performed and report status of system assets.Other related functions as assigned.
