Respond to and resolve Tier I/II help desk tickets and technical issues related to audio video systems, accounts, email, hardware, virtual machines and software.Provide user account administration and support across virtual Active Directory and Exchange environments.Assist with patching, routine maintenance, and documentation of Microsoft Windows systems under guidance.Participate in team meetings, communicate with users and technical staff, and escalate complex issues.Maintain inventory and track equipment/software issues for compliance and reporting.
