Manage endpoint management services for desktop fleet management, including managing configuration settings/profiles and policies, provisioning operating systems, deploying and patching vendor software, monitoring the desktop fleet, testing and deploying new EPM features, and ensuring ongoing security and audit compliance.Manage the Libraries' server fleet, including day-to-day operations, installing, and patching server software and services, troubleshooting server operating systems and services, performing server backups, deploying new servers (virtual and physical), monitoring the server fleet, and ensuring server security compliance.Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and the IT community to elicit requirements, identify functional and technical solutions, and investigate and resolve issues.Manage desktop and server software quality; participate in validation, testing, and documentation of product releases. Ensure IT documentation is current with existing UTL infrastructure.Other related functions as assigned.
