DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Monitor computer lab activities to ensure compliance with usage policies and guidelines.Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to lab users.Provide access to authorized users of adjacent Texas Performing Arts facilities.Report technical issues or equipment malfunctions to appropriate personnel.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the computer lab.Arrive on time for work and maintain a reliable attendance record.Represent Texas Performing Arts with a pleasant and professional demeanor through all interactions.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Familiarity with macOS and Windows operating systemsFamiliarity with common video and data signal cablesOrganizational skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Working knowledge of/interest in media software. For example:QLabAdobe Creative SuiteGreen HippoWorking knowledge of/interest in High End Systems Hog 4 lighting softwareWorking knowledge of basic audio and sound systemsDriving RequiredNoHourly Rate$13.00/hourWorking ConditionsRepetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation.
