Use the ServiceNow ticketing system to triage incoming requests and assign them appropriately.Provide prompt, courteous, and effective customer service.Transport equipment (computers, printers, phones) between CNS buildings on the UT Main Campus.Perform technical tasks including hardware setup, password resets, network patching, and software updates.Support ongoing projects in CNS IT Support, Inventory, and Security.Collaborate on developing and improving technical processes as well as new procedures and improvement of existing processes.Assist with office administrative duties and communications.Other related responsibilities and functions as assigned.
