Description
Reporting to the Manager of Merchandise Presentation, this leader owns the overall Merchandise Presentation execution portfolio, driving strategic alignment and operational excellence across projects and programs that span visual merchandising, planogram execution, and cross-functional process improvement. This leader maintains a portfolio-level view while demonstrating the willingness and ability to dive deep into specific workstreams — initiating new efforts or stabilizing in-flight work — before transitioning ownership for long-term sustainability.
The successful candidate will have a growth and continuous improvement mindset, with a relentless focus on delivering results in a complex and dynamic landscape. This leader will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of retail best practices, a continued commitment to long-term goals, and resilient leadership throughout the journey.
Key job responsibilities
Owns and actively monitors the Merchandise Presentation execution portfolio, maintaining real-time visibility into project status, milestones, dependencies, and risks across all active workstreams.
Proactively identifies risks to current business deliverables and POG stability; develops and executes mitigation strategies before issues escalate to execution failures.
Dives deep into specific workstreams as needed to initiate, unblock, or stabilize efforts — establishing structure and momentum before transitioning to long-term owners.
Partners cross-functionally to drive progress across interdependent workstreams; quickly builds context in new domains and applies that knowledge to accelerate alignment and execution.
Develops and maintains reporting and written artifacts — including status updates, risk summaries, and executive communications — to effectively convey portfolio health and organizational needs up and across the business.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Bachelor's degree, or Bachelor's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
