Design signage, maps, banners, and other materials using Adobe Creative Cloud. Collaborate with the design team to develop new visual projects and campaigns. Create signage placement maps and schedules and coordinate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate deployment and retrieval. Maintain a catalog of design templates, assets, and fonts for shared team use. Stay up-to-date with MUTCD and DOT signage standards and ensure compliance. Ensure all signage aligns with University branding guidelines.Operate wide-format printers, RIP software, and tools to produce and assemble signs (e.g., vinyl application, coroplast mounting, decals). Maintain equipment, order materials, and arrange servicing or repairs as needed.Place and remove signage across campus, including setup for events and daily operational needs. Transport, install, and secure signs, including heavy sign frames and equipment.Monitor and manage signage inventory in preparation for ongoing and upcoming needs. Maintain an organized, safe, and accessible signage storage area. Participate in signage audits and recommend improvements and sustainable practices. Support digital display content and social media messaging. Serve as backup for website content updates.
