Lead all departmental recruitment efforts, events, and initiatives at the undergraduate and graduate level (Elevate ME, Discover ME, Prospective Student Sessions, etc.). Manage direct communication efforts, working with prospective students and their families. Create, design, and coordinate new initiatives to improve recruitment and retention efforts. Plan and implement programs for freshman, transfer, internal transfer, and prospective students. Make presentations to various related audiences as appropriate.Assist Graduate Program Coordinator in the annual departmental graduate recruitment weekend event and initiatives at the graduate level. Prepare and present comprehensive reports on impact of student programming. Collect, analyze, and manage data on recruiting, retaining, and graduating students.Support the department with efforts to help student preparedness for internships and full-time employment. Implement and coordinate programs to enhance the students professional development. Attend meetings and participate in professional development activities.
