Manage the enrollment, assignment of coursework, and grading for three co-op cohorts at any given timePromote co-op program and opportunities to students via digital/paper media and information sessionsRecruit employer partners to offer co-op positions and grow the size of the programCollaborate with multiple campus partners, staff, and faculty to ensure seamless transition of students from school to work and vice versaConduct individual advising sessions to help students/alumni make informed career decisions and to aid in preparation of job application materialsDeliver career workshops and topical outreach presentations to general and targeted student populationsFacilitate a First-Year or Transfer-Year Interest group with the aid of a student mentor by sharing school resources and ease students to campus lifeAssist with logistical and administrative details for career fairs, office-related events, and departmental eventsProduce marketing, promotional materials, and social media content for owned programsCoordinate additional programs which may include supervising student staff, tracking graduate accommodation via first destination reports, etc.Other duties as assigned
