Supports the Invoicing/Payments specialist by creating payment vouchers in DEFINE, such as VP1s, VP2s, VPEs, and VP5s.Processes affiliate assignments and one-time payments in Workday to assist the Human Resource Coordinator. Assists the Senior Procurement and Contracts specialist with creation and processing purchase orders and travel authorizations. Provides excellent customer service. Other duties and projects as assigned to assist the Enrollment and Operations teams.
