Support director and manager of LIFT (Leadership and Instructional Foundations for Texas) program to provide technical support, professional learning, and coaching for LEAs in Texas in RLA and math. Train to support LEAS in research based practices in vision crafting, analyzing data to build strong instructional systems, adoption/implementation of HQIM, and effective observation/feedback practice. Model and facilitate effective instruction, PLC practices, teacher coaching, and data analysis rooted in the use of HQIM with fidelity.Foster a culture of improvement through effective relationship building among colleagues and system leaders; setting high expectations and modeling reflective practices.Attend all meetings as required and maintain accurate documentation of work.Other duties as assigned, including supporting additional projects as determined by the direct supervisor.
