Serve as team lead of SEA Service Desk by supervising a small team of research desktop support technicians who provide high-touch IT support. Manage staff scheduling.? Facilitate 1-on-1 meetings with staff. Perform annual performance appraisals and provide staff feedback.Develop, maintain, and manage customer relationships.Work with customers to resolve escalated issues.Lead training and documentation efforts for research support teams.Perform work on additional projects assigned by Management.
