Serve as a key member of the Registrars Office team. Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Support the development of a holistic student academic record, including micro credentials and other innovative approaches to assessment, curriculum, and learning.Coordinate campus-wide efforts to integrate digital credentials into academic and co-curricular programs. Collaborate with faculty and staff to design credentialed learning experiences aligned with institutional goals. Develop training and resources to support the campus community. Ensure compliance with FERPA, ADA, and data governance standards.Partner with campus IT, academic leadership, University stakeholders to identify, implement, and evaluate tools that enhance the delivery of academic services that support the holistic student record. Analyze data related to credentialing and learning outcomes to inform decision-making.Collaborate with Office of the Registrar team to streamline services and enhance support for the holistic student record. Recommend and implement office policies and procedures that ensure compliance with applicable laws, University policies, rules, and regulations. Mentor staff and lead professional development initiatives focused on emerging trends in curriculum, credentialing, innovation, and student outcomes.Manage and assess Office of the Registrar projects assigned by the Assistant Vice Provost and University Registrar. Oversee all phases of program activities, including development, timelines, implementation, testing, and assessment of projects and programs. Work collaboratively with members of the Registrars Office leadership team, staff, and other campus partners throughout the project planning continuum.Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Vice Provost and University Registrar.
