UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT AUSTIN Senior Academic Program Coordinator in Austin, Texas

Provide administrative support for the student Peer Tutoring Program and faculty research initiatives.Assist with exam proctoring and special academic projects as needed.Who You AreMinimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a related field and 35 years of experience in administration, academic coordination, or project management.Strong skills in MS Office, Smartsheet, and Excel to manage schedules, track data, and generate reports.Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skillsable to work across departments and with diverse stakeholders.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing needs in a dynamic academic environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience interacting with faculty, students, and academic leadership preferred but not required.Familiarity with program evaluation, faculty development, and higher education administration preferred.Prior experience in medical education or healthcare-related academic programs is a plus but not required.Work Environment and ExpectationsOccasional evening or weekend hours may be required for events.Some travel may be needed for conferences or professional developmentSalary Range$60,000+ depending on qualificationsRequired MaterialsResume/CV3 work references with their contact information; at least one reference should be from a supervisorLetter of interestImportantfor applicants who are NOT current university employees or contingent workers:You will be prompted to submit your resume the first time you apply, then you will be provided an option to upload a new Resume for subsequent applications.
