Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a SDET- Software Developer Engineer Test - Mid-Level to join their team. As a SDET- Software Developer Engineer Test - Mid-Level, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the mobile application testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: SDET- Software Developer Engineer Test - Mid-Level
Location: Austin, TX (onsite; alternate locations Westlake or Raliegh)
Pay Range: $45/h ron W2
Duration: 12 Months Contract
What's the Job?
Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for mobile applications using industry best practices.
Execute automated test scripts across real device clouds, ensuring platform optimization and parallel execution.
Collaborate with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to mobile testing.
Utilize tools like JIRA, Zephyr, and other bug management systems to log and track defects.
Support multiple geographically distributed QA projects with concurrent releases, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
What's Needed?
At least 3+ years of experience in Mobile Application Development.
4+ years of experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
5+ years of developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Appium.
Hands-on coding experience with Java or other object-oriented programming languages.
Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, and test management systems.
