Course and Event ManagementSupport preparation and distribution of course materials, instructional resources, and related documentation.Assist with coordination of course logistics, including scheduling, instructor support, and participant communication.Provide administrative support for planning and execution of workshops, seminars, and other Institute events.Coordinate participant and guest instructor travel, including booking, itinerary preparation, and communication.Marketing and CommunicationsMaintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Institute standards.Develop and publish social media content to promote programs, events, and organizational initiatives.Draft, edit, and distribute newsletters and other communications to stakeholders.Compliance and ReportingMaintain accurate records related to events, travel, communications, and program activities.Ensure adherence to university policies, safety regulations, and funding agency requirements.Other TasksManage day-to-day operations of the CBEI research unit.Perform additional duties as assigned to support Institute operations.
