Conduct scientific experiments utilizing cell culture, embryonic and molecular biology techniques.Oversee the maintenance of the mouse colony. Duties include assisting with breeding and genotyping mouse lines as directed and ensuring that mouse lines are maintained in an optimal fashion.Ensure that laboratory is well organized, assist with the maintenance of laboratory equipment and computers, help with compliance on safety issues, help with ordering and training undergraduate lab assistants.
