Coordinate with research staff to assure that research activities are performed in accordance with federal, state, and institutional review board regulations.Maintain and assist with the preparation of IRB protocols and regulatory documents.Aid with research subject recruitment and consent.Compile medical record information into an anonymized database.Perform ex vivo mechanical testing and phantom based validation studies.Assist in the collection of physiologic, ultrasound and MRI data in healthy adults, children and patients with chronic illnesses.Write basic software (MATLAB, Python) to analyze and report medical imaging data.Write up and present findings at national and international scientific journals and venues.
