Contributing to the editing processes for course media.Create accurate caption and text files for live and pre-recorded courses.Monitor technical support requests and provide support if needed.Work with full-time project management staff to assist in the production of projects such as, but not limited to live-class-broadcasts, learning tool development, and administrative tasks.Maintaining clear, professional, and timely correspondence with faculty, TAs, and other clients, as well as with other LAITS staff members.
