Amazon Program Manager: Sales & Operations Planning, Whole Foods Market E-Commerce Planning in Austin, Texas

As our Senior Program Manager - S&OP, you will be at the forefront of our e-commerce strategy, driving key projects that connect our customers with the high-quality products they love. You’ll collaborate with talented teams across Amazon business, operations, and technology to create seamless experiences for delivery, pickup, and catering. Your insights and leadership will guide the evolution of grocery e-commerce at Whole Foods Market.

Key job responsibilities

Forecasting & Demand Planning: Own and manage demand planning for company Ecommerce business and adjust forecasts to inform labor planning in stores.

Lead Innovative Programs: Own and execute pivotal e-commerce projects to achieve customer, business and financial results.

Optimize Our Offerings: Utilize competitive analysis, assessment of business results, and customer insights and feedback to identify opportunities for program improvement.

Drive the Business: Develop and implement program specific goals and tactical plans that drive business results and elevate the customer experience. Build business cases to support prioritization of new projects and strategies to drive program results.

Manage with Precision: Creates and oversees project timelines and budgets, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders throughout the process.

Analyze and Report: Create comprehensive reports that provide insights into program performance and guide strategic decisions.

Inform Stakeholders: Drives business operational cadence for assigned programs and projects including weekly business reviews, monthly/quarterly business reviews, and annual operating plans.

Empower Your Team: Mentor and support new Team Members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
