CBRE Program Analyst in Austin, Texas

About the Role:

The Program Analyst plays a key role in supporting programoperations, improving processes, and ensuring teams have the data, clarity, andstructure needed to deliver high‑impact results. This role works closely withcross‑functional partners to analyze program performance, streamline workflows,support planning cycles, and drive execution across multiple workstreams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support day‑to‑day program operations, tracking milestones, risks,dependencies, and deliverables

  • Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and status reports

  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely execution onproject commitments

  • Assist in planning cycles, including roadmap development and resourceassessments

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to identify trends, gaps,and opportunities

  • Prepare insights to support decision‑making, including reports,presentations, and recommendations

  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics; highlight issues or potentialoptimizations

  • Evaluate current processes and identify ways to streamline or increaseefficiency

  • Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and bestpractices

  • Identify areas where automation, tools, or improved documentation canenhance program performance

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that areconsistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • Impact the quality of own work.

  • Work within standardized procedures andpractices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

  • Exchange straightforward information, askquestions, and check for understanding.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in program, project, or operations‑focused roles

  • Strong analytical skills with comfort working in data sets, metrics, anddashboards

  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast‑pacedenvironment

  • Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets,PowerPoint/Slides, project management tools)

  • Google Workspace

  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitivemindset.

  • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Estimator position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Estimator position is $100,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
