Job Description
The Texas Justice Court Training Center is seeking aProgram Administratorto support statewide court education programs serving judges, constables, and court staff. This position coordinates both in-person and online conferences, assists with the development of court education materials, and helps maintain the office’s client database.
The Program Administrator works closely with the education manager, legal team, and other staff to ensure successful educational programs and events. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating conferences or large events, strong organizational and customer service skills, and the ability to travel throughout Texas as needed. The position is based in Austin and may be eligible for partial remote work at the supervisor’s discretion.
Job Duties
Conference and Event Coordination
Coordinate conference logistics with hotels and venues, including meeting space, catering, and audiovisual needs.
Arrange travel and lodging for faculty and staff and manage attendee rooming lists.
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors supporting conferences and events.
Oversee on-site conference operations, including registration, course monitoring, and coordination with hotel staff.
Welcome attendees and provide assistance during events, including occasional public speaking.
Manage setup and breakdown of audiovisual equipment and coordinate with service providers.
Coordinate packing, shipping, and transportation of conference materials and equipment.
Address attendee or operational issues to ensure a positive event experience.
Complete post-event reporting and coordinate follow-up with office staff.
Support the management of online conference platforms and related software.
Client Database and Program Support
Assist clients with database access and questions via phone and email.
Monitor continuing education credits and follow up with clients as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely updates to client records.
Respond to and resolve database-related inquiries.
Educational Resource Development
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and organize materials for board or program meetings.
Draft content for flyers, brochures, publications, and other educational resources.
Assist faculty and the legal team in developing educational and online learning materials.
Design marketing and promotional materials for conferences and meetings.

Grant Funded Position Located in Austin, TX.
Currently working 4 days remotely and 1 day in the office.
Some occasional nights and weekends may be required.
