What You Can Expect
Owns the full product lifecycle for assigned robotic-assisted orthopedic applications on the Monogram autonomous robotic platform, with initial responsibility for partial knee and hip arthroplasty. Integrates deep customer insights, clinical evidence, regulatory requirements, and business strategy to drive application adoption, utilization, and long-term platform growth. Leads cross-functional efforts across R&D, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial teams to develop, launch, and sustain differentiated robotic applications that deliver superior surgeon experience, patient outcomes, and economic value.
Monogram's surgeon-guided semi- and fully autonomous robotic technologies are expected to add new and differentiated capabilities to Zimmer Biomet's already broad suite of customer-centric technology solutions. How You'll Create Impact
General Product Management Duties/Responsibilities
Defines product strategy and manages execution from concept to commercialization.
Leads cross-functional teams on product initiatives.
Owns product P&L and performance metrics.
Conducts strategic market analysis to guide decisions.
Partners with sales and marketing to drive adoption.
Manages lifecycle transitions including enhancements and retirements.
Upstream Marketing Duties/Responsibilities
Identifies unmet customer needs and translates into requirements.
Leads market research and competitive analysis.
Develops business cases for new products.
Drives product roadmap and innovation pipeline.
Aligns strategy with corporate objectives.
Downstream Marketing Duties/Responsibilities
Oversees launch planning and execution.
Develops messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans.
Supports sales enablement and field training.
Tracks campaign ROI and adjust tactics accordingly.
Manages product communications and branding.

Your Background
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience
Preferred Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
Experience in orthopedic medical devices, particularly joint reconstruction
Familiarity with FDA-regulated product development and clinical evidence generation
Experience working closely with surgeons and in operating room environments
Travel Expectations
