Coordinate and manage practicum placements for undergraduate and graduate students in collaboration with faculty and agency partners.Develop and sustain partnerships with local and regional social service agencies to identify and expand practicum opportunities.Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of practicum-related programs and initiatives.Assist in the development of recruitment strategies to attract new community agencies and qualified practicum instructors. Attendance at conference and community events to promote interest and recruit new agencies.Provide guidance, consultation, and training to agency partners and practicum instructors on supervision, student engagement, and educational best practices.Collaborate with faculty and administrators to ensure alignment between practicum education and programmatic learning objectives.Maintain records, data, and documentation related to practicum placements and program activities. Complete on-boarding with agencies and students.Co-chair the CPDC.Represent the School of Social Work at community events, meetings, and outreach efforts to promote practicum partnerships and social work education.Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to continuous improvement in practicum operations.
