Recruits, trains, supervises, and evaluates a team of care coordinators and clinical operations support staff.Oversees all phases of care coordination, including referral intake, patient enrollment, scheduling, and linkage to long-term community resources.Provides clinical supervision, evaluates diagnostic impressions, and conducts therapy sessions under LPC-S or LCSW-S supervision.Collaborates closely with schools, TCHATT providers, and families to ensure continuity of care and high satisfaction.Leads program administration efforts including workflows, medical records management, and scheduling systems.Develops, implements, and audits policies, procedures, training materials, and dashboards to drive operational efficiency.Coordinates internal/external communications related to clinical services, discharge planning, and school collaboration.Conducts compliance audits and risk mitigation, escalating issues and recommending corrective actions as needed.
