Manages various miscellaneous Front Desk office responsibilities and initiates check-in.Schedules new, follow-up appointments for UHS-Internal and Amazon Connect calls/provider task list.Manages and maintains Electronic Health Records (EHR) (MissionControl).Manages Patient Reminders and process daily reports.Participate in other activities as appropriate and as assigned.Demonstrates in regular and punctual attendance pattern.Exhibits behaviors consistent with organizational values by demonstrating respect and professionalism, adhering to customer service standards and policies, maintaining patient confidentiality, and actively engaging in quality improvement efforts.Readily accepts other responsibilities and participates in other activities and committees as assigned.
