Develops and implements program plans, curricula, and schedules for the Small Business Impact Program.Coordinates with TVL faculty and staff to align program objectives with educational goals.Leads the Small Business Impact Programs weekly workshops.Monitors and assesses program effectiveness, making improvements as needed.Assists in the recruitment and admissions processes.Recruits guest speakers and coordinates with them to ensure smooth program delivery.Establishes and maintains partnerships with local organizations that support small businesses.Prepares reports on program activities, progress, and status.Performs related duties as required.
