Job Summary
As a Product Consultant specializing in Generative AI and Mendix you will leverage your expertise in Life and Annuities Insurance to drive innovative solutions in a hybrid work model. With 8 to 12 years of experience you will play a crucial role in enhancing product offerings ensuring alignment with industry standards and contributing to the company's growth and societal impact.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge solutions using Generative AI and Mendix tailored to the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop product strategies that enhance the company's competitive edge.
Provide expert guidance on the integration of AI technologies into existing systems to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Oversee the development and deployment of Mendix applications ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability in insurance applications.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower teams with the knowledge and skills necessary to leverage AI and Mendix effectively.
Monitor project progress and performance ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Develop comprehensive documentation and reports to communicate project outcomes and insights to stakeholders.
Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions that address their challenges.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance product offerings.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote new product features and benefits to potential clients.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in all product development activities.
Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team to achieve strategic objectives. Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Generative AI and Mendix with a proven track record in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex challenges.
Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Show proficiency in project management and the ability to lead initiatives from conception to completion.
Have a deep understanding of insurance industry regulations and standards.
Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and trends.
Possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Certifications Required
Mendix Certified Expert AI and Machine Learning Certification

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $105,000 – $150,000 + Bonus depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
