UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT AUSTIN Material Culture Intern in Austin, Texas
The intern's primary responsibility will be cataloging material culture collections, which includes creating object metadata, photographing objects, housing objects in archival storage containers, and assigning subject terms to promote object discovery and research. The intern will also have the opportunity to assist with a large collection move of objects.Participation in various special projects such as exhibition installation or de-installation or other aspects of exhibits or collection management will be scheduled as they become available.
