The Opportunity

In this newly created role on the Process Optimization team within Operational Excellence in Customer Care and Operations (CCO), you’ll lead end-to-end efforts to simplify, standardize, and improve operational processes across the CCO organization. You’ll identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows, and partner across Operations and Technology to deliver measurable improvements in cost, quality, and customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in problem-solving environments, brings structure to complex processes, and is motivated by turning operational pain points into sustainable improvements.

The Work Itself

  • Lead process optimization efforts from discovery through implementation across Customer Care operations.
  • Conduct current-state process assessments to confirm failure points and identify inefficiencies.
  • Design future-state processes that improve efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.
  • Identify and prioritize no- and low-tech improvement opportunities that deliver near-term impact.
  • Partner with Technology teams to leverage existing tools, automation, or AI capabilities to reduce manual work and errors.
  • Facilitate process mapping, design workshops, and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Quantify expected efficiency, cost, and capacity benefits and partner with Strategic Initiatives & Oversight team to validate realized outcomes.
  • Ensure process changes are practical, documented, and sustainable through standard work and controls.
  • Develop clear, concise materials to communicate process designs, recommendations, and outcomes to leadership.

The Skills You Bring

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications * Lean or Six Sigma certification or experience. * Bachelor’s degree. * Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex process issues. * Experience leading structured process improvement initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes. * Experience with process mapping, root cause analysis, and future-state design methodologies. * Proven ability to partner effectively across operations, technology, risk, and compliance teams. * Excellent facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority. * Comfort managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. * 3+ years’ experience within financial services or similarly regulated environments, with an understanding of process optimization considerations. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and process visualization tools (e.g., Visio or equivalent).

Base Pay Range:

Emerging: 90000

Experienced: 120000

Expert: 150000

Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan
