: Responsibilities will be assigned based on office priorities and the students availability. Training is providedon the job. Studentswill not be expected to perform all responsibilities at once. Tasks may include:Quality Assurance and Instructional Material Updates:Reviewinginstructional materials and Canvas courses using existing checklists.Providingfeedback from a student perspective to improve usability and learning experience.Perform scoped tasks in Canvas (link checks, module sequencing, student view testing).Event Support:Helping prepare materials and provide logistical support for faculty-facing events and meetings.Creating promotional materials for events.Accessibility:Cleaningcaptions, updatingtranscript templates, and formatting for clarity and compliance.Reviewinginstructional videos for accessibility and consistency.Documentation and Templates:Testing instructional tools or workflows and sharing usability feedbackOrganizingand auditingexisting process documentation, templates, and tutorials.Draftnew guides as needed.
