A List Staffing Inside Sales Representative in Austin, Texas

This is an inside sales role focused on outbound outreach, relationship-building, and appointment setting, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position for high performers.

What You ll Do - Proactively reach out to local organizations to introduce and sell advertising and media services - Identify and qualify leads through outbound calls and follow-ups - Schedule appointments and nurture relationships with prospective clients - Learn and confidently communicate the value of print, digital, and emerging media offerings - Maintain accurate records of outreach and conversations - Collaborate with a small, supportive team in a professional office environment - Represent the organization with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity ** Who You Are - A self-starter who is comfortable making outbound calls - Outgoing, positive, and personable with a confident phone presence - Motivated by goals and growth opportunities - Able to handle light rejection and stay resilient - Organized, dependable, and professional - Comfortable working in a business-casual office environment - Interested in long-term growth within a media or sales career - Sales experience is helpful but not required we re looking for attitude, drive, and cultural fit.
