Support the full employment lifecycle and provide comprehensive human resources support to faculty, students, and staff.Coordinate recruitment and hiring processes, employment changes, and separations.Process pre-employment authorizations, ensure I-9 compliance, and monitor student employment eligibility requirements.Serve as the department timekeeper, ensuring adherence to payroll deadlines and university and department policies.Process fellowship and scholarship payments. Work closely with the student affairs staff on student funding matters.Partner with central administration offices to facilitate related HR functions and resolve issues as needed.Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.Contribute to special projects, process improvement, and departmental initiatives as assigned.
