Student Support: Maintain confidentiality about all students academic and personal information in accordance with university and federal policies and regulations. Meet with pre-health students to guide pre-health pathways, prerequisites, and in navigating the health professions office website. Refer students to appropriate campus resources and offices as needed.Presentations and Outreach:Develop and present on pre-health topics in collaboration with the Health Professions Coaches. Conduct virtual visits with prospective high school students. Represent the Health Professions Office by tabling or participating in student panels at campus events.Administrative and Marketing: Support office operations, including managing Zoom rooms. Create promotional materials using Canva Pro for HPO Marketing. Assist with special projects such as updating boards, the HPO website, and other materials.Events: Staff at the annual Health Professions Fair and other HPO events as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
