+-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Responsibilities | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | ::: section | | [ ]{color="#000000"} | | | | What Youll Do | | | | - Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including | | scheduling, training, and supporting staff. | | - Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces | | are cleaned and maintained according to established standards. | | - Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and | | compliance with company and brand protocols. | | - Manage housekeeping inventory, including ordering and maintaining | | supplies and equipment. | | - Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or | | complaints regarding housekeeping services. | | - Foster a positive work environment by mentoring staff, promoting | | teamwork, and modeling hospitality excellence. | | ::: | | | | ::: section | | What Youll Bring | | | | - Proven experience in housekeeping management, custodial services, | | or a related leadership role. | | - Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and | | housekeeping best practices. | | - Previous hospitality or hotel housekeeping experience is strongly | | preferred. | | - Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to | | motivate and direct a team. | | - High attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent, | | high-quality results. | | - Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as | | business needs require. | | ::: | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+
