ManpowerGroup Hardware Lab Associate in Austin, Texas
Our client, a leading technology organization specializing in innovative hardware solutions, is seeking a Hardware Lab Associate to join their team. As a Hardware Lab Associate, you will be part of the Engineering Support Department supporting hardware inventory management and lab operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, independence, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Help organize and prioritize requests from engineering teams based on urgency and importance
Support the organization and handling of hardware and materials within the lab
Assist with moving critical materials to designated locations for testing and development
Accurately complete all paperwork related to inventory transfers
Maintain proper housekeeping in the lab and support additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
What's Needed?
Experience working in a lab environment is preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in using MS Office, SharePoint, and email communication
Ability to work a compressed workweek schedule, including extended periods of standing and lifting up to 15 lbs
