Write and edit written and graphic materials for PTF archival, promotional, and reporting purposes, including the Annual Report and Impact Report and website directoriesCoordinate PTF meeting schedule and send invites and reminders to PTF members, and attend biweekly steering committee meetingsAssist with PTF events, such as Lunch meetings (1 per semester), Texas Teach-Up (February), Annual Showcase (April), and Early Career Faculty programs (August) as needed; coordinate catering for in-person events with CTL admin staffSupport PTF recruitment, selection, and onboarding processesLead coordination of the PTF Summer Lunch Series (May through July)Other duties as assigned
