Assist with the processing and tracking of Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) applications using the admissions CRM and university systems.Support communication efforts with prospective students, applicants, and admitted students via email, phone, and virtual platforms.Maintain and update applicant records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Generate reports and dashboards to support admissions decision-making and outreach strategies.Collaborate with staff to improve workflows and enhance the applicant experience.Participate in virtual and in-person recruitment events, including information sessions and webinars.Provide general administrative support to the director of admissions as needed.A minimum 1-year commitment is requested.
