+-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Responsibilities | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | What Youll Do | | | | ::: section | | - Ensure the hotels maintenance and upkeep standards meet WL, | | Brand, and Guest standards. | | - Support the Chief Engineer in overseeing and supervising all | | aspects of the Engineering function of the hotel. | | - Clean all engineering areas as directed, working in a neat and | | efficient manner to help maintain effective operations. | | - Complete all work assigned in a safe and professional manner | | while maintaining communication with supervisors regarding tools, | | supplies, and materials. | | - Check fixtures, lighting, and signs for proper operation and | | maintain an adequate supply of spare parts and light bulbs. | | - Perform other duties as assigned. | | ::: | | | | []{color="#000000"} | | | | ::: section | | What Youll Bring | | | | - Ability to perform general carpentry, plumbing, and painting | | duties and operate hand and power tools. | | - Basic working knowledge of general maintenance with a desire to | | continue developing in a trade area (e.g., electrical, | | carpentry). | | - Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 | | lbs. occasionally, and ability to stand and m ve for long periods | | of time. | | - At least one year of maintenance experience required. | | ::: | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+
