? Position: Final Test Technician:
As a Final Test Technician, you will take ownership of selecting, setting up, calibrating, testing, and troubleshooting moderately complex circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies. You’ll also help develop test specifications and procedures, monitor progress, and communicate results—working independently with moderate supervision.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical challenges, precision work, and seeing projects through from start to finish.
? Key Responsibilities:
Set up, calibrate, and utilize specialized test equipment
Perform testing and troubleshooting on circuits, components, and assemblies
Develop and implement test methods, specifications, and procedures
Track progress, communicate issues, and provide clear status updates
Plan and execute complex testing tasks with minimal oversight
?️ Essential Skills & Experience:
3+ years of functional/final testing experience on gas panel pallets or similar equipment
Helium leak testing experience
Ability to read gas flow schematics and identify components
Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of flow-control components
➕ Preferred Qualifications:
Direct helium testing experience with gas panel pallets from companies such as AMAT , UCT , or similar
Understanding of mechanics , MRP concepts , and flow control elements
Ability to read complex drawings and use mathematics/handbook formulas
Strong communication skills—written and verbal
Good judgment, discretion, and ability to work independently
Ability to interact effectively with a collaborative team
Comfort with sitting, standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs

? Work Environment & Schedule:
Cleanroom semiconductor production environment (PPE required)
Approximately 15 team members per shift
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (OT possible)
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (OT possible)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $23.65/hr.
