Assist with routine building inspections and report any issues to full-time staffSupport inventory management, including tracking, organizingPerform cleaning tasks in lab spaces, particularly in concrete mixing.Aid in item decontamination and preparation for surplus disposalHelp with office and furniture clean-outs, including sorting, moving, and organizing materialsContribute to various small projects as assigned by staff (e.g., room setups, minor repairs, painting)Safely lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds- Use dolly or team member to lift or move heavier items.Support Building department's high-volume shipping and receiving operations, ensuring quality customer service to all departmental constituents.
