Lead and manage the operations and maintenance of all fab facility systems, including electrical, HVAC, water, gas, chemical, vacuum, and control systems.Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution of maintenance tasks.Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability in coordination with Facility Engineers.Monitor system performance and respond to alarms, faults, and emergencies to ensure continuous facility support for manufacturing operations.Collaborate with engineering, EHS, and manufacturing teams to support facility upgrades, retrofits, and expansions.Maintain accurate documentation, including maintenance logs, SOPs, equipment manuals, and compliance records.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and internal operational protocols.Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures and process interruptions.Other duties as assigned.
